Please note that shipping times may vary due to our use of different providers and the location of the delivery. However, we endeavour to ensure the delivery within a reasonable timeframe set by our providers. In cases where customs clearance procedures are necessary, it may lead to delays beyond their initial estimates.

The shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout stage, depending on the address of delivery and the providers we're using. There might be exceptional circumstances where we may need to charge the customer extra shipping fees. This would be outline when checking out for payment.
Custom Fees and Import Taxes
Additionally, please be aware that custom fees and import taxes may apply, as the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Return
We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased arrived damaged or faulty.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us using our contact form with the order number and photos of the damage within 10 days of product delivery and we will do our best to sort it out swiftly.
We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time as the items are at risk to of being damaged on the way back to us.
If an item is unclaimed and returned to us, we will be in touch regarding shipping it again however the recipient might be charged a new shipping fee depending on circumstances.
